The simultaneous acquisition of both agencies will provide Gravity Global with US coast-to-coast geographical reach from day one in five major cities in the US. Gravity Global now has 14 wholly-owned offices worldwide and has been named US Agency of the Year two years running.

The acquisition further strengthens and expands Gravity Global’s proven capabilities in key sectors including technology, energy, transportation, aerospace, financial services, industrial, pharma and healthcare. The Gravity Global US business will be led by José Lozano, currently CEO of 9thWonder. He will report to Gravity Global Group chief executive, Mark Lethbridge. Mark Morse is appointed a managing partner.

Gravity Global was founded in 2009 by Mark Lethbridge, Paul Anderson and Sean Feast as a network of independent operations across North America, South America, AsiaPac, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Now backed by Elysian Partners, the agency has completed six acquisitions in the last two years to extend geographical coverage and service offerings. With two more US acquisitions currently in progress, Gravity is on track to double in size (currently 300 people and $40 million in fees) this year.
