My session at Ignite is a hot-topic, something that everyone’s talking about and something I get asked a lot by our clients… what’s happening at the forefront of digital and how can we use it.
I’ll be focusing on the Metaverse, Web 3, Blockchain, NFTs, ML, AI and Personalisation. Within the session I’ll explain what each one is, show some examples of what is already out there, and most importantly give you some pointers as to how you can get started and use this technology today.
To set the scene, we’ll take a look at the latest Martech 5000 from Scott Brinker and his team (May 2022). With so much technology how do we know what to do next?
But don’t worry, this is not a techy session, this is for marketeers and senior leaders. My mantra of ‘Technology is an enabler, not a solution’ means we’ll be looking at what we can do and how we can make a difference. After all, 70% of innovative customer interactions involved emerging technologies in 2022.
As well as covering the what, why and how, I’ll also discuss some examples to help generate ideas. Plus there will be stats and key takeaways to keep your boss happy! I’ll also make sure there is time for you and your questions.
