London is the largest room in the network: forty seats, half of them held by heads of marketing and above from enterprise brands. Sponsoring here puts your business in front of the people who set the budget, not the people who process it.

    How it works

    1. 1Tell us which sessions fit. Pick the months whose topics match what you sell, or take the full year and get first refusal on 2028.
    2. 2Shape the question with the chapter head. Eleanor and your team agree the live problem the room will work on. You help frame it; you do not present at it.
    3. 3Bring two people to the table. Your seats sit inside the conversation, not behind a stand. No stand, no slides, no pitch.
    4. 4Close the session. Ten minutes at the end to share the pattern you see across your client base, and take questions.

    What a sponsor gets

    • Two seats at every session you sponsor, alongside forty senior marketers
    • Your logo on the invitation, the room and the session write-up sent to all attendees
    • The attendee list with job titles, shared within GDPR limits and with consent
    • A ten-minute closing perspective slot — insight, not a product demo
    • One piece of your content published into Propolis and pushed to the London member base
    • First refusal on the same slot the following year

Five annual sponsor slots, one sponsor per session.
