Propolis AI Evaluation Terms

These Evaluation Terms apply to your free trial or evaluation access to Propolis AI.

By accessing or using Propolis AI, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where relevant, your organisation.

1. Purpose of the evaluation

Propolis AI is being made available to you free of charge for evaluation purposes only. The purpose of the trial is to help you assess whether Propolis AI may be useful for your organisation.

The evaluation does not create any obligation to purchase a paid subscription.

2. Trial access

We may set limits on the length of the trial, the number of users, usage volumes, features, or content available during the evaluation.

We may suspend or withdraw trial access at any time, including if we believe the service is being misused.

3. No payment obligation

The evaluation is free. It will not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Any paid use of Propolis AI will require a separate agreement or order confirmation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Propolis AI:

• unlawfully;
• to upload content you do not have permission to use;
• to process highly sensitive, confidential, regulated, or personal data unless your organisation has approved this;
• to make automated decisions about individuals;
• to generate harmful, misleading, discriminatory, or illegal content;
• to reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to reproduce the service.

5. Uploaded content

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload any files, prompts, data, or other content into Propolis AI.

You should not upload confidential, commercially sensitive, personal, or third-party content unless you have the necessary permission and authority to do so.

6. Use of inputs and outputs

You retain ownership of content you upload into Propolis AI.

We may process your inputs and outputs to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service, but we will not use your uploaded customer content to train third-party foundation models.

7. Accuracy of outputs

Propolis AI is an AI-assisted tool. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.

You are responsible for checking outputs before relying on them. Propolis AI outputs do not constitute legal, financial, professional, or other regulated advice.

8. Confidentiality

You should treat any non-public information made available through the evaluation, including product functionality, content, pricing, roadmaps, and documentation, as confidential.

We will treat your non-public uploaded content as confidential.

9. Availability

The evaluation is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that Propolis AI will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times during the trial.

10. Data protection

If you upload or enter personal data into Propolis AI, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis and appropriate authority to do so.

Where required, we may ask you to agree to additional data protection terms before processing personal data as part of the evaluation.

11. Ending the evaluation

Either you or we may end the evaluation at any time.

After the evaluation ends, access to Propolis AI may be removed. We may delete evaluation data after a reasonable period unless otherwise agreed.

12. Liability

Because the evaluation is provided free of charge, our liability in connection with the evaluation is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, reputational harm, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the evaluation.

13. Governing law

These Evaluation Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
