B2B brands frequently have ambitious domestic and international growth aspirations but operate in markets that are maturing or experiencing intense competition. This puts existing revenues streams under growing pressure. Brand-driven growth is frequently identified as a route to realising strategic aspirations.
But knowing how to start and structure brand-driven growth initiatives is a challenge many B2B marketers face. Most will go for quantity over quality. This results in disjointed product portfolios and experiences that feel “off brand”. If not properly understood, brand-driven growth can do more damage than good.

Dr. Darren Coleman

Dr. Darren Coleman has over 20 years’ brand marketing experience spanning Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia and Japan. He specialises in helping brands drive growth and retain relevance brand experiences. FUJIFILM, Orange, Abbott and Dubai Properties are amongst the brands he has helped.
He authored Building Brand Experiences: A Practical Guide to Retaining Brand Relevance, published by Kogan Page for global distribution. Darren enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing tennis, socialising, scuba diving and watching Birmingham City Football Club. Granted, some are more enjoyable than others.
